Useful tools. Less hassle.

PDF Merge & Organize

Merge several PDFs, rearrange pages, rotate or delete the ones you do not need, then split or download a new document. The original files stay unchanged.

Your files never leave your device. All processing happens directly in your browser.

How this PDF organizer works

Toolnest combines the pages you choose into a new PDF on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and the files you started with are not modified.

  1. Add your PDFs

Choose one PDF or several at once. Pages are shown in the order the files were added, and you can keep adding documents.

  2. Arrange the pages

Drag a page to a new position, or use Move left and Move right. Rotate pages, delete the ones you do not want, and undo a change if you need to.

  3. Preview, then download

Open a larger preview of any page. When the order looks right, download one merged PDF, only the selected pages, or a ZIP of split files.

What the exported PDF keeps

Pages are copied from the original PDF rather than turned into pictures, so text, vector graphics, and embedded images keep their quality. Interactive forms, bookmarks, and some other advanced PDF features may not transfer completely. Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened.

Questions

Are my PDFs uploaded?

No. Your files are not sent to Toolnest or to another service. The pages are read and the new PDF is created in your browser.

Is the tool free?

Yes. You can merge, organize, split, and download PDFs without an account or payment.

Can I reorder pages?

Yes. Drag pages into the order you want, or use the Move left and Move right controls. The downloaded PDF uses that order.

Can I merge multiple PDFs?

Yes. Add as many PDFs as your browser can comfortably hold in memory. Their pages are placed one after another, and you can mix them before downloading.

Can I split a PDF?

Yes. You can save every page as its own PDF, split by ranges such as 1-3, 4-7, or start a new file every few pages. Multiple files are downloaded together in a ZIP.

Does merging reduce PDF quality?

No. Merging copies the original pages instead of re-drawing them as images, so the visual quality of text and graphics is preserved. Some interactive features, such as forms and bookmarks, may not be fully preserved.
